Sammy had a great Christmas morning opening his present from Aunt Robby….a beautiful pink Snuggie!

Until Thommy decided to torture him with it.

On Saturday we went to the monthly bluegrass jam at the Stagecoach Tavern in Groton. It was such a good time, we can’t wait to go back next month.


(That’s not a zoom…we really were that close to the banjo guy. The players aren’t on stage, they are just hanging out where ever there is space…in this case, at the bar next to Thommy.)

Everybody likes Sammy!

This is what we say when Sammy is a good dog. When he is a bad dog, we say “Nobody likes Sammy” and frown. He doesn’t understand a word of it, but it makes us giggle. Now, I promise we will not tell our human children that nobody likes them (see Note from FVS). But here’s why we think everybody likes Sammy…because he’s just so cute and funny.

Who do you have to pay to get a loldog up in here

I try and I try to get Sam in to the ranks of a loldog. But I guess it’s just not meant to be. I thought this was a pretty good one though.
