Baked wings with cucumber salad

Last night I baked chicken wings. They were so tasty, and I think, better than greasy fried bar wings.  I made half with hot wing sauce, and half with barbecue sauce. They came out really good! Here’s the recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Baked-Buffalo-Wings/Detail.aspx

I made a cucumber salad to go with, which started as my basic cucumber salad recipe. I added corn, cut off the cob, some cilantro and some mint. So sweet from the corn, tangy from the dressing, crunchy from the cucumber.

Afterward, I browned a white peach in a little butter in a saute pan, and sprinkled a little sugar on top. The peach was perfectly ripe, so really, I didn’t have to go through all that…but it was super delish.

That bright green plate, btw, is made from plastic bottles, is dish washer safe, and is fully recyclable. You can get some here if you want.
